This includes initial fees of $45,900 to $50,500 that must be paid to the franchisor or their affiliate(s). If you sign an Area Development Agreement to develop multiple HoneyBaked Ham Stores, you will pay a Development Fee to the franchisor in the amount of $10,000 for each Store that you agree to develop.
