OpenWorks recently announced that Chuck Engelmann has been promoted to vice president of operations from his position as Ariz. regional director. In his new role, Engelmann is responsible for the Company's three regions (Ariz., Seattle, and Los Angeles), including overseeing the Company's regional directors, the directors of operations, the Phoenix sales manager, the Tucson branch manager, and the Franchise Licensing Manager in Ariz. Engelmann has been with OpenWorks since last September when he started as a regional director. Prior to OpenWorks, he was with an online auction company, as the vice president and chief operating officer. He holds a bachelors degree from the University of Illinois.
