Led by Co-directors Cathy Ricker and Greg Hilderbrand, the new office will provide service throughout Southern Cuyahoga County and will continue the company's mission to provide affordable, one-on-one personal care, companionship, and homemaking services to older, at-risk, or disabled adults within their own homes. Mrs. Ricker brings to the position years in administration and human resources. Responsible for hundreds of employees, she saw first hand the stress family caregiving can bring to the workplace. Mr. Hilderbrand also comes from the corporate world, where he served as General Manager of the entire Ohio Valley region for a major corporation.
