Training
You and/or your unit manager will attend our comprehensive, one to two week training program at one of our corporate restaurants. You will learn our operational procedures, merchandising techniques, payroll management, inventory control and other skills in a real working environment to make your business as successful as possible.
Support
We will help you develop a local marketing plan and we will provide you with ongoing marketing and advertising support including in-store signage materials, flyers, coupons, ad slicks, and more.
Ongoing support - Your field representative will visit your periodically and he or she will also always be available by phone to answer any questions.
Operations manuals - You will receive a complete set of operations manuals to assist you in the daily running of your store. Also, newsletters and personal contact will keep you current on new products, operational improvements and new information regarding supplies, equipment, federal and state regulations and promotional ideas.
