| Experience | Although a food background is certainly helpful, it is not required but we highly recommend your store operator be experienced in day to day food service operations. We are looking for franchisees that have a strong business background that can operate multiple units. Tossed is the ideal expansion vehicle for existing knowledgeable operators. More important than experience in the food service industry, you should have the following qualities: customer service orientation, the ability to train and motivate, enthusiasm, energy and willingness to follow our systems. | Hands on management preferred, restaurant experience preferred (but not required), ability to follow a business system, financial capabilities, general business acumen, ability to work well in a team environment, and passion!!! |

We provide the following training: four-week training program, consisting of two weeks in a nearby Cafe, one week in a classroom setting at our Support Center in Atlanta, Georgia and one week onsite for your Grand Opening. |

The support begins before you open your restaurant with a development team that will assist in creating the Tossed environment.
