Training We provide a detailed training calendar that covers modules from initial induction for new starters in your team, followed by a series of development workshops/modules throughout the year, through to REC certified qualifications. The costs that will be incurred are limited to; Travel and subsistence REC accreditation examinations (circa 80- 90 per delegate depending on the level of qualification) but these qualifications are optional Any specialist or bespoke Social Media training (Circa 80 per delegate)but these courses are optional Every new franchise partner (and their team!) comes into the RecruitWise headquarters for at least a week of in-depth trainign on recruiting, sales, running and growing the business, accounting and management. Additional training is available following the initial week as we are fully invested in your long-term success.
