We look for you having: A positive attitude and resourcefulness Natural sales abilities and the willingness to go “above and beyond-- on behalf of clients We prefer franchise owners who will be directly involved in the operations and growth of their Preferred HealthStaff franchises You may have a spouse, a business partner, or administrative staff assist you with running the business. We expect that franchisees have the right amount of capital to invest in the business. | |

This will be followed by up to five days of training at our corporate support center, covering additional caregiver and software training, as well as marketing, business management, and other important issues. | Our training will allow you to feel confident starting your own business. During training at our corporate offices in Southern California, you will learn everything about running your SAKER franchise and creating a successful business. We will help to get you up and running quickly! |

Access to all Preferred HealthStaff's trademarks, and our established business model and procedures. A copy of our confidential operations manual to help you run your franchise business properly on a day-to-day basis. | Support is a major part of our entire business as a new Franchise Partner, we will be behind you every step of the way. That means that franchise support continues long after you open your doors for business. You'll receive outstanding support and an ongoing commitment to help you maximize revenues.
