Training Our franchisees first take a three phase online course after which they spend one full week in Fargo at our Store Support Center and Flagship location. We send a team of 2 to every store for a full week before they open. Once open for six weeks, we offer a Phase VI one-on-one training program with our Founder and the franchisee. You and your team will be provided an intensive training in all functions of the business locally by us apart from regular periodical visits by our senior team on the field to ensure business is generated and you are established in your territory and your team must aim for local leadership.
Support The Company will generate and support you with web enquiries and discuss regularly depending upon the sales performance and a host of market conditions. Company will assist in all support on artwork, designs, brochures and catalogues. Local leads will be provided from our existing large customer base so that you can secure good business. We will give you our existing customers from your territory.

Operations Ideally owner should be involved in learning and running it. Can start small and grow it over a period of time as confidence increases and money is earned which can be reinvested to scale it up.
