Training You and your designated manager will participate in an initial training course of approximately 40 hours over five days. The initial program will focus on all aspects of the LOCO JUICE system and is comprised of both classroom and on-the-job training. We provide you an initial training program that covers material aspects of the operation of the franchised business. This training is offered on an as needed basis at our headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah, or another location we designate. You must designate a manager for the franchised business and he or she must satisfactorily complete the initial training approximately 8 weeks before the opening of the franchised business. One assistant of your choosing may also attend at your option.
