The Company will teach you every phase of the business step by step. All you need is the desire to own and operate your own business. | We are looking for individuals with business management, marketing, and relationship-building skills to help us grow. A general knowledge of or experience in carpentry is helpful, but not essential. Previous business ownership or other business experience is preferred. Candidates must pass a criminal, driving record and sex offender registry check. |

Each Franchisee will be provided with the details of GROUT WIZARD procedures, methods of operations, sales techniques, communications, advertising, managing employees, interacting with customers and every aspect of operating a successful GROUT WIZARD business. | Initial training includes 5 days at our corporate location in Gaithersburg, MD (near DC) and 3 days training at your location. We offer site selection and build out assistance as well as workshop and vehicle setup. We offer ongoing onsite visits, conference calls and other communication. |
