Training The first week we take you to Naples, Italy for an opportunity to visit real Neapolitan pizzerias, taste authentic pizza, visit some of our ingredient suppliers, and learn about Neapolitan culture. We then put you and your management team (3 people) through 5-7 weeks of one-on-one training in one of our locations. 8-12 week training process (the VP of Training may require additional training at his/her discretion, as successful completion of training is based on proficiency)
