| Training | *An initial training program as defined in the franchise agreement. *Training programs, seminars and other related activities regarding the operation of the Restaurant as we reasonably deem necessary or appropriate. *Certain on-site remedial training when requested and found appropriate. | *Available at headquarters: 4-6 weeks. *At franchisee's location: 2-3 weeks. Our exceptional training program includes both classroom and hands-on training in critical areas such as promotional activities, food preparation, customer service, administrative duties, problem solving and more. |

Our helpful management staff will communicate with you on an ongoing basis and are available for consultation and assistance on all facets of your operation. |
