We understand that you are not a technician, but as a business owner, you need to be able to know the product, speak the language, and understand the processes that your technicians will go through. This part of the training is actually the section our franchisees really enjoy. On-The-Job Training: 20 hours Classroom Training: 63 hours | *2 full weeks of training at our corporate office location in the Bronx, NY. The training is a comprehensive training program giving you all the knowledge that you need to open and operate your 1800FIX.com business *One day of onsite guidance at the time of your store opening. |
