You will receive ongoing visits and on-site consultations and reviews. You will attend informative franchisee meetings as well as slicer, safety and service clinics, which are held every six months. Training for you and your staff is of utmost importance for Dagwoods. The key to our success is our great sandwiches, the consistency that we have maintained over the years and our fast and friendly service. We provide training to cover every aspect of your shop. This includes food prep, guest service, staff relations, business management - basically everything you need to open an E&G.
