It is not necessary to have a teaching background or even fluency in the Spanish language. You will be trained on the various Futura curriculums, our teaching methods, as well as techniques necessary to train your local instructors. You should have a love for working with children and a passion for the Spanish language and its many cultures. These two things make promoting Spanish instruction for children contagious! | |
