| Training | Comprehensive Training - You'll be trained in all aspects of our business operations and procedures, including our superb food preparation techniques. You'll learn our highly effective administrative, office, sales, computer software, and marketing procedures. You'll also receive excellent on-the-job training at our flagship restaurant, as well as training at your own restaurant, prior to, during, and after your Choo Choo Johnny's grand opening. | We provide you with two weeks of in-depth classroom training at our headquarters, followed by a lengthy hands-on training period in one or more of our restaurants. Our Opening Team will also be with you for one week before your restaurant opens, and for one week after you’ve opened. We’re there to train your staff and make sure the quality standards are maintained and your first guests instantly become loyal ones. |
| Support | Operational Support - Our services include guidance in unit operations and maintenance, customer-service techniques, product ordering, suggested pricing guidelines, marketing support, and administrative procedures. We will provide you with a comprehensive Operations Manual that contains detailed information to be used for ready reference in running virtually every aspect of your business. | We provide detailed operations manuals and job briefs loaded with techniques, procedures, recommendations, and guidelines. In addition, our Management Team has an open-door policy, and even give franchisees their cell phone numbers, should any operational questions/issues come up. |
