| Training | Up to 3 individuals will attend a 40 hour training program at the corporate offices prior to the opening of your business. Six different instructors will review the start up process and provide valuable training on how to manage and grow your business. Field training will include sales, marketing, and live assessment visits in the client's home. | Two full weeks of training at our corporate office in Omaha, Nebraska. You'll learn about the administrative and operational sides of the business during this time, as well as specific sales and marketing techniques for a home health care franchise. You'll also receive detailed computer software instruction on our communication and invoicing systems. After your senior care franchise opens, we'll provide on-site guidance to help you establish successful daily routines to help grow and maintain your business. |
| Support | Technical assistance in obtaining any required State licensure will be provided. During the first 4 months of operations we will spend a minimum of one day a month at your location to provide operational support and assistance.
