You will go through a 5 day intensive training program that will teach you not only how to kick and punch, but how to operate the business. On-The-Job Training: 16 hours Classroom Training: 16 hours Additional Training: Online & regional training | We presume that our franchisees have no experience or knowledge of a franchise's exploitation in the field of health, fitness and health slimness. We will provide a complete training program, in class and in one of our health and fitness centres. As part of the initial training program, you will receive material such as textbooks and informative manuals on our exploitation mode and our systems. Our experienced training officers will teach you all you need to know about the exploitation of a SWANN women's health and fitness centre franchise. You will receive a training on nutrition, on the various exercise programs, on sales and marketing and on general commercial competences.
